We started Chalk It! with one belief: giving your favorite pieces a second life shouldn't require sandpaper, primer, a separate sealer, and a free weekend. So we built a single water-based paint that does it all — and looks beautiful doing it.

Traditional chalk paints look gorgeous but ask a lot: scuff the surface, brush on the color, then wax and buff to protect it. Chalk It! skips the prep and the wax. Its special formula grips wood, metal, glass, ceramic, plastic and iron, and cures to a tough, velvety matte finish all on its own.
It's water-based with ultra-low VOC and low odor — no heavy metals or harsh solvents — so you can paint indoors, around the family, and clean your brushes with plain water.
